I know I'm supposed to put something here about how I've loved photography since I was a little girl and the truth is I have, however I would rather tell you that my camera roll has always been overflowing with photos of the people I love. I've never been good at letting memories go. Now, as a new mom to my beautiful son, I somehow find myself needing more storage than ever because every little expression, every tiny change, feels too important not to hold onto.

I think that's a big part of why photography means so much to me.

One day, photographs become the closest thing we have to reliving the people and moments we love most and I swear when that day comes one million photographs still wouldn't feel like enough.

That's the feeling I want to give through my work.
